HYPNOS Web & iOS
Terms of Service
Last updated:
These terms govern access to HYPNOS’s web application, its iOS application when made available, and its associated reporting and integration features. By signing in or using HYPNOS, you agree to these terms. Read the Privacy Policy to understand how information is handled.
The service and its operator
HYPNOS is provided by AcidSpain LLC, 6303 Waterford District Dr STE 400, Miami, Florida 33126, United States of America. Contact [email protected] for service, account or legal questions.
HYPNOS helps authorized teams monitor channels, review analytics and status changes, manage internal review workflows, and work with payment reports. Access and available features depend on your organization, role, CMS and network assignments. An iOS design or preview does not promise a release date or every website feature.
Using the owner portal
Your organization's saved owner email determines access after verification. Keep that contact current through your administrator. Invite colleagues only when authorized to share the records available to them. Verify payment instructions carefully before confirming a change; already prepared payments retain their reviewed destination. Contact your organization through support about a disputed payment or fine. Portal access, a code confirmation or a displayed calculation does not itself prove payment or change your underlying business agreement.
Accounts and authorized access
Access is by invitation or other authorization from AcidSpain or your organization. You must have the legal capacity and authority to use the service and to provide or connect the data you supply. Keep your account information accurate, protect passwords, passkeys, authenticator recovery codes and API keys, and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.
Do not share a personal account or bypass permissions. Administrators are responsible for appropriate invitations and access assignments. Security checks, session limits, access changes and revocation may apply. Account access does not establish ownership of a channel, copyright or a right to receive a payment.
Permitted use
Subject to these terms and your authorized access, you may use HYPNOS for your legitimate channel-management and business-reporting work. AcidSpain and its licensors retain their rights in the software, branding and interface. You retain rights in the information you provide; you authorize us to process it as necessary to operate the features you use, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Do not use HYPNOS unlawfully, upload malicious material, obtain data outside your permissions, expose another person’s credentials, interfere with the service, evade rate limits, or use the service to infringe another person’s rights. Nothing here restricts rights that applicable law does not allow us to restrict.
YouTube and connected services
HYPNOS uses YouTube API Services. By using HYPNOS, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The Google Privacy Policy explains Google’s handling of information. Only connect accounts and sources you are authorized to manage and grant others access to.
Connected services have their own terms, availability, limits and permissions. HYPNOS is an independent product of AcidSpain LLC, not a product of or endorsement by Google, YouTube or Apple. A connected service can change or withdraw access; we cannot guarantee its availability or the completeness of its data.
Reports, estimates and review decisions
Revenue, performance figures, source status and alerts reflect the data available at their stated dates. They can be delayed, incomplete or revised. Missing information does not prove a zero value, and a review signal is not a definitive finding about a channel or a prediction that YouTube will take action.
Verify the source, coverage and underlying circumstances before making a business decision. You remain responsible for reviewing alerts and choosing any action. HYPNOS’s ordinary monitoring does not change YouTube channel membership or monetization; actions in YouTube must be taken by an authorized person through the appropriate service.
Payment records and adjustments
Payment reports, fines, deductions and carried balances are business records and calculations. They do not by themselves confirm a bank transfer, settle a debt or move funds. Final Payments can submit separately reviewed and explicitly approved owner transfers through a connected provider. Administrators must verify recipients, amounts, funding, provider eligibility and approvals. A queued request or provider approval does not establish that the recipient received funds. Manual payment confirmations record the administrator’s external transfer evidence. Source corrections and authorized edits can change calculations and future balances.
An authorized person must review and confirm an adjustment. Recording a fine in HYPNOS does not itself create a legal or contractual right to charge it: the person applying it must have that authority, a valid basis and supporting evidence, and handle any notice or dispute required by the relevant agreement or law. Contact your organization or [email protected] about a disputed record.
Any fees for using HYPNOS require a separate applicable agreement. A reported network deduction is not an App Store purchase or a charge made by HYPNOS to your payment card.
Privacy, exports and integrations
The Privacy Policy explains account information, connected data, device storage, sharing, retention and deletion requests. Only submit information you are authorized to share and avoid unnecessary sensitive personal information in notes or uploads.
You are responsible for recipients and storage of downloaded reports, and for integrations configured with your API keys. Use the smallest necessary scope and protect exported data. API access does not grant rights beyond the issued permissions or the source provider’s rules. Removing access or unlinking a channel does not automatically erase historical records; deletion requests follow the Privacy Policy.
Using HYPNOS on iOS
When the iOS application is made available, these service terms apply to its HYPNOS functionality. Distribution through the App Store is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms and any license terms presented with the application. AcidSpain is responsible for HYPNOS support and its service; Apple is not the provider of the channel-management service.
Availability can depend on supported devices, operating-system versions, connectivity and your account permissions. Use device security controls and protect reports shared or saved outside the application.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to operate HYPNOS reliably, but outages, maintenance, errors and third-party changes can occur. To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, earnings, monetization outcomes or suitability for every purpose.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, mandatory consumer protections or data-protection rights. Liability and remedies remain subject to applicable law and any valid separate service agreement; these terms do not impose a financial liability cap or mandatory arbitration.
Access changes and termination
You may stop using HYPNOS, sign out, request account closure or revoke a connected Google grant. Your organization may change or remove your assigned access. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, unlawful use, a material breach of these terms or legal obligations, with notice where appropriate and lawful.
Ending access does not cancel an independent business agreement, resolve an outstanding payment dispute or erase records that must lawfully be retained. Privacy and deletion requests remain available without login.
Updates, applicable law and contact
We may update these terms as HYPNOS or applicable requirements change. The date above identifies this version. We will give appropriate notice of material changes and obtain additional agreement where required. If you do not accept an update, stop using the service and contact us about closing your access.
Any separate written agreement with AcidSpain governs matters expressly covered by that agreement. Otherwise, applicable law determines your rights and the competent courts; nothing here removes mandatory protections in your country. Send questions or concerns to [email protected] or the company address above so we can try to resolve them.
